We work across a wide range of roof types — tile, metal, decramastic, and asbestos roofs all included. Whatever’s currently on your home, we can talk you through your replacement options.

We can usually get a team member out to inspect your roof and put together a quote within a week of you first getting in touch. If you’d rather skip the site visit, we can also provide a satellite-based quote — using imagery sharp enough to measure roof area, height, width and pitch accurately, all without anyone needing to step foot on your property.

For the most suitable quote, aim for at least three quotes from different companies. Compare their prices, the services they cover, and their approach towards you and your project. This helps ensure you find the best fit for your needs.

Just reply to your quote email letting us know you’d like to go ahead. From there, we’ll be in touch to lock in colour selection, a final site measure, and a start date.

We specialise in metal and colour bond roofing. We also do conversions from tiles or concrete to metal roofing.

We have a range of payment options. Usually bank transfer is preferred, but we are happy to discuss each individuals needs.

Most standard-sized roofs are completed within 5 business days once work begins. We build in a window of up to 21 business days for the whole job to account for weather and other factors outside our control, though most jobs wrap up well within that.

We keep our process straightforward from first contact through to completion:

1. Get in touch to arrange your free measure and quote
2. We inspect your roof and send through a detailed quote
3. You accept the quote and we lock in a final site measure
4. Colours and project details are confirmed
5. Contract is signed and your deposit is paid
6. We handle all building approvals and QBCC Home Warranty Insurance on your behalf
7. Materials are ordered and a start date is scheduled
8. On the day, our team arrives and the old roof comes off
9. New roofing goes on, all joints are sealed, and finishing touches (whirlybirds, solar reinstallation, etc.) are completed
10. We do a final clean-up and inspection before handing your new roof over

Yes — you’ve got the full Colorbond colour range to choose from. If you’re not sure what’ll suit your home, our team is happy to talk through what works best.

We don’t currently offer credit card payments, but we’re flexible on bank transfer, cheque, or cash — whatever’s easiest for you.

When you go with us directly instead of an insurance-nominated builder, you’re working with a local team who knows roofing inside and out. We coordinate every trade involved in your job and handle ordering and delivery of all materials ourselves — so you’ve got one point of contact the whole way through.

Your roof is covered by our workmanship warranty, which protects against any defects in how the work was carried out. Roofing materials are also covered separately under the manufacturer’s own warranty. Full details are available on our Warranties Page.

Yes. Materials such as Bluescope Zincalume and Colorbond steel carry their own manufacturer warranty, separate to our workmanship warranty. This covers the product itself against issues like corrosion, depending on the product and your location. We’re happy to talk you through what applies to your roof.
