We specialise in replacing a range of roofing types with genuine Bluescope Zincalume or Colorbond materials, including tile, asbestos, decramastic and metal roofs.
A team member can usually come out and do an inspection and quote within a week of first contact. We can also provide a satellite quote if no inspection is required.
We use the latest satellite technology and is several times sharper than google map images, it allows us to measure with accuracy the area, height, width, and roof pitch of the roof all remotely from our computer.
For the most suitable quote, aim for at least three quotes from different companies. Compare their prices, the services they cover, and their approach towards you and your project. This helps ensure you find the best fit for your needs.

To accept the quote, you will need to reply to the quote email advising us you would like to proceed with the quote. Once accepted, we will contact you to arrange colour selection, a site measure, scope of works and scheduling.
We specialise in metal and colour bond roofing. We also do conversions from tiles or concrete to metal roofing.
We have a range of payment options. Usually bank transfer is preferred, but we are happy to discuss each individuals needs.
Most standard size roofs take up to 5 business days to complete the entire process.
We allow up to 21 business days to complete the roofing works, however the works is usually completed in a shorter timeframe. This 21 business days allows for unforeseen events such as bad weather and based on the work involved, we aim to have the work done in an efficient and timely manner.

- One of our friendly team members will attend your site to inspect the roof. A detailed quote and report will then be provided by email or post.
- Quote is accepted.
- A final site measure is completed.
- Colours and all project details are confirmed.
- A contract is prepared and signed.
- Deposit is paid.
- We organise all required building approvals and QBCC Home Warranty Insurance.
- Materials are ordered.
- A proposed start date and work schedule are confirmed (weather permitting).
- Materials are delivered to site.
- Safety railing may be installed depending on the height and pitch of your home.
- Any existing solar panels or solar hot water systems are removed by a licensed electrical company (if applicable).
- Second deposit is made.
- On the scheduled start date, our team arrives to commence your roof replacement.
- Removal of the existing roof begins.
- New materials are installed, fixed in place, and all roof finishing works are completed.
- Engineering requirements are carried out as required.
- All joints are sealed to ensure the roof is fully watertight.
- Whirlybirds are installed (if applicable).
- The roof and gutters are blown clean, and all waste is removed from site using our crane‑equipped tip truck.
- Any required rectifications are completed, followed by a final inspection by the SRS supervisor.
- Solar panels or solar hot water systems are reinstalled (if applicable).
- Safety railing is removed (if applicable).
- All necessary forms are submitted to the building approval company on your behalf.
- The building approval company completes a final inspection and submits Form 21 to council.

There are 22 Colorbond colours to choose from we allow you the freedom to choose whichever colour you would like. However, if you are unsure our friendly team are always here to help.
We do not currently have credit card facilities however you can arrange payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
